This course is designed for executives and/or managers who are considering Six Sigma as an approach for their team, staff or organization. Six Sigma is unique in that it: focuses on defects (the goal is to eliminate variation from business processes), insists on a customer view (Voice of the Customer), is seriously quantified (emphasizing measurement throughout), and includes an ongoing control plan to identify and measure change.

This class is available as a 2-hour Executive Overview, a half-day Introduction, or a full-day Seminar, and is tailored to specific Client needs.
