Course Description:

Use Cases can provide an effective way to understand, define, and communicate the conversation between associates in your business and a new system.

Target Audience and Duration:

The purpose of this one-day workshop is to provide attendees with an introduction to Use Cases as part of the business requirements and systems development processes. The class emphasizes simplicity and clear communication, and relies heavily on practical examples and class discussion. Together, students and instructor will grapple with some practical issues that can make the Use Case approach succeed or fail - (At what level do you write use cases? How do you organize them? Where is the boundary between requirement and solution?). The class can stand alone, or be a tightly integrated follow-up to our 2-day Effective Business Requirements class.
